Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on hycomax.com you agree to these terms. Please read them, and our Refund, Delivery and Privacy policies, before you buy.

2. What we sell
We sell printers, duplicators, shredders, ID card printers, conference camera and wireless conferencing solutions along with their consumables, spare parts and accessories, to customers in the Maldives. Each product page describes the item, its specifications and what is included. Product images are for illustration; the specifications on the product page describe what you receive.
3. Prices and currency
All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and [include GST / exclude GST, which is added at checkout]. The total you pay is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.
4. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards [adjust to the brands BML enabled], processed by Bank of Maldives through BML Connect. The merchant outlet country is the Maldives, and your card is charged in MVR. Card details are entered on Bank of Maldives’ secure payment page and are never seen or stored by Hycomax.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, we refund the full amount to your card.
6. Delivery and installation
We deliver within the Malé region only. Machines that need installation are installed by a Hycomax technician. See our Delivery Policy for areas, timeframes and charges.
7. Refunds, returns and cancellations
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except for items that are faulty. See our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy for how to report a faulty item.
8. Warranty
Machines come with a 1-year warranty from the date of installation, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or use of non-compatible consumables and parts.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Maldivian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business or data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Maldivian consumer protection law.
10. Keep your records
We recommend that you keep a copy of your order confirmation, your transaction record and these Terms and Policies for future reference.
11. Accepting these terms
You must tick the box at checkout confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Refund, Delivery and Privacy policies before you can place an order.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
